Se trata de una lasaña vegetariana, porque incluye productos lácteos, si quieres convertirla en vegana, cámbialos por su alternativa vegana.

INGREDIENTES

9 placas de lasaña precocidas
150 g de cebolla
200 g de zanahoria
500 g de calabacín
50 g de queso parmesano
40 g de mantequilla
40 g de harina
500 g de leche
50 g de queso cheddar
50 g de queso cremoso
15 g de AOVE
un pellizco de pimienta molida un pellizco de nuez moscada
1/2 cucharadita de sal
