Para ir adelantando la preparación de la cena de fin de año 2020 he hecho esta masa de hojaldre rápido que será la base de algunos de los aperitivos que ofreceré en mi mesa la noche del 31 de diciembre.

200 g de harina de repostería
90 g de agua muy fría 1/2 cc de sal fina
